E-Commerce Project


As a mid size firm, LDI was look to profitably grow revenues while leveraging the multifaceted organization. In an attempt to integrate and find synergy in a multi-division organization, senior management look to improve the e-commerce strategies and gain better insight to the end customer. TPCG was enlisted to facilitate the development of the existing baseline as to the client management process and method to market.


The team worked to understand the needs and current investments and assets of each of the distinct business units. With a clear understanding of the existing situation and the expectations of each of the stakeholders, a strategy and deployment plan was developed and rollout schedule was communicated across the division of the company. The objectives of this strategy was to:

  • Create a competitive advantage
  • Significantly increase customer orders o Improve production planning & efficiency
  • Reduce cycle time to customer fulfillment LDI was able to create a complete action plan with defined roles & responsibilities, performance drivers and complete resource requirements.


This strategy will significantly increase the revenue of the overall organization and improve the quality of the earnings.
